Family Stranded in Vanuatu after Massive Cruise Ship Brawls

News.com.au is reporting that family was left stranded on the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu, after being involved in a cruise ship brawl. The man, identified as Anthony Titow, was on the Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of the Seas when he became involved in a fight.

Titow says that two days after being involved in the fight the man approached him and his brother and threatened to kill Titow’s bother. Another fight ensued.

According to David Titow, Anthony’s bother, Anthony was left with “a broken nose, a fractured jaw and bruising all over his face”. My brother can’t speak because of what happened to his jaw,” his brother added.

The family is still in Vanuatu and hopes to return home soon.

The cruise industry has been criticized for recent security faults including this egregious event which put lives at risk.
